Conference and Meeting Management
The SMS administrative support team participates in conference planning meetings and assists in the preparation and distribution of conference materials. We manage the conference registration desk and assist attendees as necessary. Our team is equipped to find and acquire adequate space for conferences and meetings and ensuring that all of our customers’ needs are met throughout the event. We will support the organization process of planning speakers, information fairs, luncheons, panels, and large-scale presentations. SMS’s event planners and administrative support team have the skills necessary to successfully execute professional events.
