Unlike many other small businesses, SMS has the experience and management necessary to successfully execute even the most complex requirements. SMS is aligned under BBNC’s SpecPro Technical Services (STS) Group, a collection of 15 legally non-affiliated subsidiaries (13 CFR 121.103.2) which have been providing a broad range of professional and technical services to federal government agencies since 1989. In accordance with FAR 15.305, SMS brings the experience, assets, and expertise of our sister companies from the STS Group to bear, which ensures the successful execution of the contract requirements. The STS Group produced more than $200 million in revenues in Fiscal Year (FY) 2018 and employs more than 600 personnel on numerous contracts.
